Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using TerraKort, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
TerraKort provides an online platform for booking Padel and Pickleball courts located in Kansal, Chandigarh. Our services include:
Account Information: When creating a booking, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or inappropriate behavior.
A booking is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email with booking details.
Court availability is subject to real-time updates. We reserve the right to cancel bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances (maintenance, weather, etc.) with a full refund.
Booking Duration: Each booking slot is for one hour. You may book multiple consecutive slots.
Punctuality: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals will not receive additional time, and the booking will end at the scheduled time.
No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your booking without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided. Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.
Payment Methods: We accept payments through Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets.
Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your complete payment card details on our servers.
Failed Transactions: If a payment fails but the amount is deducted, please contact us immediately. Refunds for failed transactions will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing confirmed bookings.

Violation of Rules: We reserve the right to terminate your booking without refund and ban you from future bookings if you violate facility rules or engage in inappropriate conduct.
Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that participating in sports activities involves inherent risks. You assume all risks associated with using our facilities.
Personal Injury: TerraKort is not liable for any personal injuries, accidents, or health issues that may occur while using our facilities. We recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
Property Damage: We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Please secure your belongings.
All content on the TerraKort platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TerraKort and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
