All bookings are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
At TerraKort, we operate on a strict no-refund policy. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, it is considered final and cannot be refunded or cancelled. We encourage all customers to carefully review their booking details before completing the payment.

Final Sale: Once you complete your payment, your booking is immediately confirmed and the transaction is final. No cancellations or refunds will be processed.
Review Before Payment: Please carefully review your selected date, time, and court type before proceeding with payment. Ensure all details are correct as changes or refunds are not possible after payment.
Payment Confirmation: You will receive a booking confirmation email immediately after successful payment. This confirms your booking is final and non-refundable.
Cancellations: We do not accept cancellation requests. Once booked and paid, your reservation is final and cannot be cancelled for any reason.
Modifications: Booking modifications (date/time changes) are not permitted. Please ensure you select the correct date and time before completing your payment.
Transfers: Bookings cannot be transferred to another person or another date/time.
Court Unavailability: In the rare event that a court becomes unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues on our end, we will offer you an alternative time slot of equal value. If no suitable alternative is available, a refund will be processed.
Weather Conditions: Bookings are non-refundable regardless of weather conditions. Our courts are designed for all-weather play. However, if we determine that conditions are unsafe for play, we will offer an alternative time slot.
Note: Refunds are only provided if the issue is caused by TerraKort and no alternative solution is available.
No refunds for no-shows. If you do not arrive for your scheduled booking, no refund will be provided. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals will not receive additional time, and the booking will end at the scheduled time.
Failed Transactions: If your payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account, please contact us immediately at support@terrakort.com. We will verify with our payment gateway and process a refund within 7-10 business days.
Duplicate Charges: In case of duplicate charges due to technical errors, the extra amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days after verification.
Note: Refunds for payment failures and technical errors are only processed after thorough verification with our payment gateway.
